Please acknowledge the menu build process below.

  1. Menu Submission

    Only one (1) submission will be accepted per menu build. Electronic Payments will include all specified menu items (e.g., food, bar items, appetizers, specials, etc.), but they must be included in the initial menu submission. Your initial menu submission must also include all prices, upcharges, and specific modifiers.

    To prevent errors, please review your documents carefully prior to submission. Electronic Payments is not responsible for any typographical, spelling, or grammatical errors.

    Note: We request a customer-facing copy of your menu or a typed listing of categorized menu items in a Microsoft Word or Excel file. Please review your documents to ensure they're in an accepted file format prior to submission.

  2. Menu Build

    Once your files have been uploaded, Electronic Payments will create a new menu database using the documents provided.

  3. Initial Menu Review

    Electronic Payments will schedule an Initial Menu Review session with the designated menu contact within five (5) business days of the menu submission. It's imperative that the menu contact be available to take this call as together we'll review the menu online, answer questions, and identify any updates that need to be made. All requested changes will be made during the call.

  4. Failure to Participate in Initial Menu Review

    Electronic Payments will reach out to the menu contact a maximum of two (2) times to schedule the Initial Menu Review. If for any reason Electronic Payments is unable to connect with the designated menu contact, and/or schedule the review within five (5) business days of the menu submission, the Initial Menu Review will not occur.

    As a result, Electronic Payments will create a new menu database using the information provided in the original file submission, upload the menu to your point of sale equipment, and ship the equipment to you.

  5. Installation Call

    The menu contact will have the opportunity to review the menu during the point of sale Installation Call with Electronic Payments. It's important to note that this call may not be with the same individual who created the new menu database. In order to review the menu during the Installation Call, you'll need an internet connection and power at all locations where the point of sale equipment will be placed.
