Michael comes from a family of entrepreneurs and always had a keen interest in business. He started Electronic Payments while attending Boston College, providing simple and cost-effective credit card processing solutions to small business owners in the local community.
From the beginning, he adopted an in-house approach to avoid disruptions in service. Today, with 150+ staff, a network of 1,000+ agents, and 2 office locations nationwide, Electronic Payments upholds the same industry-leading support model.
We owe our combination of transparent, ethical business practices, unmatched service and support, and cutting-edge technologies to Michael’s vision. His commitment and passion have elevated the company and continue to inspire our teams. Recently, his primary focus is on the development of a collection of proprietary, omnichannel solutions that integrate retail and restaurant processes, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) nationwide.
