Job Description:
Electronic Payments is a leading innovator in developing and delivering payment and point of sale solutions to businesses nationwide. We’re seeking a dependable team member to support all deployment operations, including the set up, testing, packaging, receiving, and shipping of various technology products to clients nationwide. The individual will be responsible for helping maintain the deployment facility and will coordinate projects to improve processes.

This is not a basic warehouse role! The ideal candidate possesses a strong initiative and drive, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaborate with other team members, and communicate effectively with multiple departments, managers, and clients. The position offers the opportunity to work in a professional office environment and contribute to Electronic Payments’ overall customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Responsibilities:
The individual is responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
• Field phone calls and emails from coworkers and clients
• Test credit card terminals and POS systems prior to deployment
• Prepare, pack, and ship all Electronic Payments products and supplies to clients
• Fulfill orders and general administrative tasks
• Maintain inventory and shipping records
• Receive and organize returned equipment

Experience and Skill Set:

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Familiar with computers and electronics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow-through on assignments with precision and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure, and multi-task
• Professional approach to deadlines
• Works well independently and takes initiative
• Desire to learn with drive, ambition, and motivation for success
• Sense of urgency
