Merchant Support Representative

The Merchant Support department in our growing Boca Raton, FL office is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and responsible individual for a long term, entry level Customer Service position. Duties include answering phone calls, assisting callers with a variety of issues and requests, scanning documents, and making basic account updates. Phone experience preferred but not required. On the job training is provided. This role requires good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Spanish-speaking capabilities are a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls in the phone queue and assist callers with their questions, providing them with an overall positive experience.
  • Utilize training documents and resources to ensure proper procedures are followed and accurate information is provided.
  • Process basic account updates to merchant records and files using several online portals.
  • Perform basic departmental tasks including, but not limited to, sorting, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
