As an ISO Support Representative, Ron is responsible for assisting our independent sales offices and agents with a broad range of inquiries, covering everything from interchange and statement analysis to equipment. What Ron loves most about working at Electronic Payments is the staff. “We all support one another in our work, which I think is important."

Susan works with merchants and sales agents directly on PCI DSS compliance, a subject she finds extremely interesting. "One of the best parts of my work is assisting merchants with compliance. Often, they're worried about compliance issues and I really enjoy alleviating their fears and helping them with their concerns. When it comes to working at Electronic Payments, I love that the company openly shares and disseminates information, giving all employees the tools needed to complete their tasks efficiently."

Nicolai started in Electronic Payments' Technical Support department. Not long after, he took the opportunity to move to the File Build team where he helps get new merchant accounts set up. When asked what he likes best about the company, Nicolai said, "Everyone is helpful and willing to teach you. So every day you're better than you were the previous day." His commitment to continuous improvement is one of the reasons Nicolai was named Rookie of the Year in his first year on the File Build team.

Lisa loves a challenge, but when asked about her favorite success story or accomplishment, she says it's even bigger than that. Lisa is thankful for the opportunities she's had, including a wonderful career, great colleagues, and having met her now husband at Electronic Payments. "Achieving 10 years with the company is the greatest accomplishment in itself," Lisa said. "I've evolved over the years and grown into my current position—and the person I am today!"
