Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

With offices located in Calverton, NY and Boca Raton, FL Electronic Payments is an industry leader in developing and delivering innovative payment processing and point of sale solutions to companies nationwide.

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work in our Calverton office that will be part of the Underwriting Application team responsible for efficiently inputting new clients into our portfolio. This is NOT a remote position.

The ideal team member will be honest, hardworking, and dependable. Daily tasks and duties include heavy data-entry, filing, printing, sorting of applications and various other administrative responsibilities. Good organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking abilities are a must. No sales or collections required.

Skills needed to succeed:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities with a focus on follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task and easily shift between tasks
  • Positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, and team player mentality
  • Desire to learn new things and take on new responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Windows-based computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel)
